Job summary

Uline's Edmonton Branch is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide operations through an 18-month rotational program, developing leadership and warehouse management skills.

You'll participate in inbound/outbound teams, gain hands-on training, and earn $70,000 to $85,000 CAD annually with strong growth potential. Shifts include Monday-Friday 10:30 AM to 7 PM and Sunday-Thursday 8:30 PM to 5 AM, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
