Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotational program to master warehouse operations management.
• Engage across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold accuracy, safety and performance.
• Complete forklift and equipment certifications during rotations.
