Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who do not meet standards.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
