Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor II oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency in warehouse and delivery services. Responsibilities include maintaining building and grounds, managing warehouse equipment and vehicles, keeping driver records, utilizing SAP functions, and leading inventory activities.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Enhance customer service through teamwork with various departments.
• Coordinate training on procedures, SAP transactions, and safety protocols.
• Ensure security and maintenance of the facility according to standards.
• Oversee safe operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain driver records and ensure CDL compliance for eligible drivers.
• Utilize SAP for efficient warehouse and delivery operations.
• Lead inventory management activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and address safety concerns.

Non-essential Functions

• Perform duties of Warehouse Associate or delivery drivers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two-year business/trade degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Experience coaching drivers and operating forklifts preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical products is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, SAP.
