Job summary

Uniform Garment is seeking a Hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching with a hands-on approach when necessary.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accurate inventory and safety standards across production and merchandising interfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on warehouse experience, preferably in apparel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of fabric, trims, or textile materials is an advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse control, inventory management, and material handling.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse work when required.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
