Responsibilities

1. Training of new employees: Welcome and support new employees during their integration. Facilitate training on identification procedures, tools, and logistics best practices. Ensure skill development at workstations.
2. Employee Skills Development: Train teams on new procedures and updates. Observe and evaluate employees, identify improvement areas, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
3. Monitoring and evaluation of training courses: Conduct tests and simulations, monitor performance, provide feedback, and propose training needs and action plans.
4. Compliance with standards and continuous improvement: Enforce safety and quality standards, collaborate to optimize training, and participate in improving training methods and materials.

Qualifications

• University degree in supply chain/logistics, business management, or related field
• Significant experience in operations management within logistics, supply chain, or industrial production
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Proficiency with data management and analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
