Job summary

Prollenium Medical Technologies Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations across Richmond Hill and Aurora, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and compliance with quality standards in a regulated environment.

The role leads a team, drives process improvements, and collaborates with Supply Chain, QA, and Customer Service to support the distribution of medical aesthetic products.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with 3+ years leading warehouse teams.
  • Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of lean practices is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse best practices.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS implementations and change management would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet SLAs.
  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands.
  • Create and maintain supplier KPIs and reporting.
  • Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff; manage scheduling and performance evaluations.

Position Overview

Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations across two locations (Richmond Hill and Aurora), ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role will lead a team, optimize workflows, and support the distribution of medical aesthetic products in a fast-paced, regulated environment, while also contributing to warehouse expansion and capacity planning initiatives.

Major Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer and internal SLAs
  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands
  • Create and maintain supplier KPIs (trucking companies / customs brokers)
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using ERP/WMS systems
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of products (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to drive performance and engagement
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Foster growth mindset culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP where applicable)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse conditions
  • Support internal and external audits
Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, QA, Customer Service) to resolve operational issues
Warehouse Expansion & Site Evaluation
  • Support the evaluation of new warehouse locations to meet business growth and distribution needs
  • Assess potential sites based on operational efficiency, capacity, layout, cost, and logistics accessibility
  • Partner with leadership on space planning, workflow design, and equipment requirements for new or expanded facilities
  • Assist in warehouse setup, transition planning, and operational readiness for new sites
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Knowledge / Experience:
  • 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with 3+ years’ experience leading warehouse teams
  • Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics) is an asset
  • Knowledge of lean practices is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse best practices
  • Experience implementing change management and contingency planning initiatives would be an asset
  • Reach Truck Forklift experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
