Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day activities, optimizing workflows, and developing a high-performing team. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped with precision, supporting overall customer satisfaction and company success. This is a key operational role during an exciting period of growth at our company-one that demands proactive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.


Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for leading a variety of projects and day-to-day company operations including, but not limited to:
•Ensure accurate and efficient execution of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.
•Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and procedures, ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment at all times.
•Ensure that all outbound shipments are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer and company standards-including performing quality checks and shipment verifications.
•Ensure approved RMAs are processed promptly by coordinating with support teams for product retrieval, replacement shipments, or disposal, while maintaining accurate tracking of returned inventory.
•Oversee the movement of returned items in systems, ensuring all transactions-such as restocking, scrapping, or refurbishing-are recorded correctly and reflect real-time inventory status.
•Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
•Track and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order cycle times, and shipping accuracy; identify areas for improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
•Manage and maintain operational documentation including shipping documents, inventory records, equipment logs, and compliance reports.
•Support the implementation and adherence to internal control procedures that ensure the integrity of warehouse transactions and inventory data.
•Enforce compliance with all federal, state, local, and company safety regulations; lead safety meetings and training sessions as needed.
•Coordinate and perform regular maintenance checks of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
•Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse performance and efficiency.
•Monitor employee performance to ensure accuracy, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met.
•Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.


Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center
•Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance
•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite
•Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead, motivate, and coach team members
•Forklift certification preferred


Working Conditions:
•Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
•Will lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
•Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects on a frequent basis.
•Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
•May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
•May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis.
•Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
•Work is performed in a warehouse environment with varying indoor temperatures and moderate noise levels.
•May be exposed to dust, moving equipment, and other typical conditions found in a warehouse setting.
