By doing so with precision, you contribute to the success of your team and the daily operations in the warehouse and distribution centres. Role responsibilities include:

• Supervising and developing your team through training, coaching, and motivation
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
• Implementing strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and meet KPIs
• Ensuring safe operations and maintaining a healthy environment
• Verifying paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring shipments are accurate and damage-free, maintaining inventory integrity
• Implementing continuous improvement plans
• Working flexible hours, including overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Forklift certification and experience operating industrial trucks
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
