WaterTec Irrigation Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate, assign and review the workers engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, sorting and maintaining inventories of materials; coordinating packing work; dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes.
2. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and coordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments.
3. Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
4. Requisition supplies and materials.
5. Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Employment Requirements

1. Completion of secondary school.
2. 2-3 years of warehouse/Supervisor/shipping/logistics coordination or any related experience.
