Job description

Within the NAPA distribution center located in Cambridge ON, you will work closely with the management team.

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday - Tuesday (including weekends)

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work of the distribution center team.
• Plan the effective management of daily operations.
• Organize the receiving, shelving, picking, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
• Communicate effectively with company collaborators to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

To join our team, you need among other things:

• Related warehouse/distribution experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
• Ability to identify various projects for improving the facility and related systems.
