We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Airdrie (ML6 6JH) to join our retail home store team. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will play a crucial role in selling our preloved items.
Our Warehouse Supervisor will work alongside the management team to achieve key objectives and ensure efficient stock movement to generate sales. You will respond quickly and positively to fast-changing situations by creating a safe and productive working environment.
Each day offers variety in this fast-paced, hands-on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding, as you contribute to funding life-saving research.
What are we looking for?
Our stores operate 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota. Please note, this is a 5-day-per-week position.
