Job summary

Crossroads C&I in Calgary, AB is hiring a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will operate a forklift and/or pallet jack, perform cycle counts, ensure loads are secured, and maintain accuracy in stock handling while complying with safety policies.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory and inspect stock items for wear or defects.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
• Stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
