Job summary

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound product per SOPs.
• Put away product to correct locations per SOPs.
• Receive returns, count, and confirm quantities and paperwork.
• Obtain orders and prioritize; pick products accordingly.
• Verify order accuracy including product name, code, lot, expiry, quantity.
• Stage and securely pack product per SOPs.
• Create and attach shipping paperwork and labels.
• Coordinate pick-up with carriers and ETA.
• Operate power equipment safely (pallet movers, forklifts).
• Use RF scanners to scan barcodes and update records.
• Enter inventory into WMS and run scheduled processes.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical counts and reporting.
• Identify OS&D and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Respond to customer inquiries and communicate issues promptly.
• Compile daily and monthly client reports per SOP.
