Job summary

Imperial Dade Canada is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Blainville to join its Distribution department. You will pick items, load trucks, and maintain stock accuracy in a dry, climate-controlled warehouse.

You'll perform daily equipment checks, support housekeeping tasks, and complete required MHE training. A strong eye for detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Raymond or Crown reach required.
• Certified to operate all MHE.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer literacy; knowledge of WMS is an asset.
• Good communication skills; read/write/speak English.
• Self‑motivated, dependable and reliable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
• Good decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
• Secondary School Graduate or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking orders and loading trucks.
• Ensure stock is loaded safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Report discrepancies to the Lead Hand and/or Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with daily warehouse housekeeping tasks.
• Perform Daily Circle Checks on material handling equipment before use and complete the Daily Circle Check Form.
• Successfully complete any required material handling courses.
