Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited is seeking a PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE Shipping/Receiving Associate responsible for shipping and receiving heavy-duty truck parts and delivering to customers locally. The role includes unpacking, stocking, packing for shipment, and coordinating with carriers, plus delivering parts to local customers and recording delivery details.

The position emphasizes maintaining equipment, ensuring safety standards, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years warehouse Shipping/Receiving experience.
• Heavy duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50+lbs.
• Customer Service (professional, and a helpful attitude).
• Excellent communication (oral & written).
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; CDL is not required.
• Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Unpack received parts and stock/organize shelves, cores, supplies, and other items as necessary.
• Pack parts for shipping. Generate pick tickets for orders to warehouse.
• Load and/or unload trucks.
• Organize shipping and receiving schedules with Carriers.
• Deliver parts to local customers within the market and record delivery information.
• Inquire about customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.
