Convoy Supply Ltd in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Shipper Receiver to join our team. You will help ensure on-time, accurate material flows to project sites while upholding safety standards and teamwork.

You will prepare shipping documents, assemble and label pallets, load trucks, inspect incoming goods, and maintain inventory. This role offers growth within a growing distribution network and requires a proactive, physical team player.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping/receiving environment.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Able to attend work on a regular and consistent schedule.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Assemble orders, packing, wrapping, and labelling pallets; place materials in storage areas.
• Load trucks; ensure accuracy and quality of loads.
• Inspect and verify incoming product against appropriate documentation.
• Unload incoming material and store in designated areas.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Assist in inventory audits.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Drive a forklift.

We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated Shipper Receiver for our Nanaimo, BClocation at 4371 Boban Dr, V9T 5V9 who want to help us expand our fast-growing business.
