Responsibilities

• Receiving and shipping all branch product in an accurate and timely manner.
• Sort material, stock shelves, pick orders, package and label materials.
• Responsible for providing telephone support to the outside sales force.
• Respond to customer product inquiries.
• Engage in direct sales activities.
• Prospect for new customers and demonstrate product benefits.
• Handle lost shipments as an enhancement to customer service.
• Organize and maintain all applicable records and files.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the company’s service offerings.
• Maintain cooperative and productive inter-departmental relationships to deliver exceptional customer service.

Applied Industrial Technologies is currently seeking and has an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Warehouse Representative/CSR at our Regina, SK location.

At Applied, you will have an immediate impact on our Distribution/Service Centre’s performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll join a tight-knit team of internal associates and loyal, long-term customers. Productivity and accuracy are key measures for success!

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• Parts Management is a definite asset
