Position Summary
We are seeking four Warehouse Personnel to join our growing team! As a Warehouse Personnel, you will be instrumental in supporting key warehouse operations, including operating equipment, organizing inventory, and preparing materials for production.
Shifts and Vacancies
Monday to Friday - AM (06:00 to 14:00)
Monday to Friday - PM (14:00 to 22:00)
Monday to Friday - Graveyard (22:00 to 06:00)
Compensation
The compensation for this position is $19.00 per hour.
For the Graveyard shift, a shift premium applies (+$1.50/hr to start, $2.00/hr after probation).

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary
  • Operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
  • Receive materials, including unloading trucks.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods.
  • Pack goods to be shipped, including shrink wrapping, and adding identifying information & shipping instructions.
  • Shipped finished goods, including loading trucks.
  • Calculate, prepare, and stage materials to production area.
  • Assemble containers and crates.
  • Maintain and record information accurately into the ERP in a timely manner.
  • Unpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • Assist in inventory count procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy warehouse.
  • Follow all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in and provide suggestions for the development and continuous improvement of all departmental processes.
Additional
  • Participate in and further the Company’s health & safety program.
  • Report equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Report quality deficiencies immediately.
  • Offer suggestions for process improvement.
  • Other related duties.
Qualifications
Knowledge
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
Assets
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Forklift license.
Skills
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in the basics of mathematics (adding and subtracting).
  • Basic proficiency in using computers.
  • Basic proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Abilities
  • Lift a minimum of 25 kg.
  • Work independently on assigned duties.
  • Balance a variety of competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Health
  • Must be in good health with no communicable diseases or dust allergies.
  • Must wear approved non-slip safety shoes.
  • Follow health & safety regulations.
