Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouseperson responsible for general shipping/receiving and warehousing duties at our Grande Prairie facility. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, team-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Picking customer and branch parts orders
  • Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
  • Sorting and binning incoming stock
  • Loading and unloading parts trucks

This position follows a Monday to Friday (5x2) shift schedule. Hours and shifts may change to meet customer and company requirements, with any future adjustments made in accordance with the current Collective Agreement.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • TDG and WHMIS certification; forklift training is an asset
  • Previous warehousing, core inspection experience, and computer literacy are preferred
  • Experience with radio frequency and bar coding technology, forklift operation, and related training are assets
  • A strong commitment to safety is essential

Candidate selection will adhere to the terms of the current Collective Agreement.

Union Membership:

Union membership is required immediately, with dues deducted from your pay. Employment terms are governed by the collective agreement.
