As the Warehouse/Parts Clerk, you will work with our Garage operations team and co-ordinate all warehouse related activities.

What You Will Be Working On

• Receiving and consolidating materials required for specific maintenance jobs
• Loading and unloading containers and vehicles
• Ensuring inbound goods meet required quality standards and specifications
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and efficiently
• Assisting with the development and implementation of the warehouse procedures and practices to cover all aspects of material storage and distribution
• Assisting with purchasing and planning as required
• Performing administrative duties as required to fulfill the warehouse functions
• Performing rolling stock takes as required and reconciliation of inventory records and physical counts
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Coordinating and returning stock to the warehouse for credit, credit to vendors or disposal of parts
• Issuing and tracking tools and equipment
• Other duties as required
• Bilingual in French and English would be considered an asset
