Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a part-time Selector for our Edmonton distribution centre. You will be responsible for assembling orders for shipment to Sobeys stores and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the work area.

No prior experience is required, and the role involves standing, walking, and performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment, with night hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical work including frequent bending, lifting and reaching.
• Two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Possible exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Shifts include evenings and weekends.

The Selector will provide customers and stores with accurate and secure orders in a timely and safe manner. The Selector will also fulfill all assigned duties in all areas of the RSC. Actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Schedule

from 10:00pm – 06:30am ; must be able to work weekends (Fri and Sun Mandatory)

Working Hours

Must be able to work 4-5 days a week 32-40 hours a week (Part-Time)
