Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a Selector for our Winnipeg area distribution center. You will assemble orders for shipment to Sobeys stores and handle duties that keep the warehouse safe and efficient. Training runs for four weeks at a fixed daytime shift, with ongoing shifts including evenings and weekends.

Willingness to perform physical work, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs is expected. This role emphasizes reliability and safety in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

The Selector will provide customers and stores with accurate and secure orders in a timely and safe manner. The Selector will also fulfill all assigned duties in all areas of the RSC. Actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Available Shifts: Between 12pm to 10pm (30-35 hours/week; 4-5 days per week; Weekends Mandatory)

Training: First 4 weeks 6:30am to 3:00pm (Paid)

• Partial High School
• No previous experience required
• Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
