Warehouse Order Picker (3 Month Contract)

Position Details

• Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker
• Job Type: Full-Time Temporary (3-month contract)
• Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Location: 8755 Keele Street, Concord, ON (near Keele & Langstaff)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Language Requirements: English

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately in a warehouse environment
• Operate Walkie Rider/Electric Pallet Jack to pick, secure, and load orders
• Build and secure pallets properly
• Label and number pallets correctly for proper put-away or delivery
• Place completed pallets into freezer, loading area, or truck
• Assist with truck loading safely
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Sort, sticker, and repack items as needed
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks/walkie riders (certification considered an asset)
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods in cool, damp environments
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents accurately
• Strong safety awareness
