Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Bolton, Ontario, is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist to lead daily warehouse activities including picking, shipping and receiving. The role requires guiding associates, maintaining safety and service standards for customers.

You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, supporting supervisors, conducting shift meetings, and upholding GMP and MHE safety requirements while contributing to KPI tracking and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse role in a 3PL company preferred.
• Trained and certified to operate materials handling equipment (MHE) when required, with a proven safe track record
• GMP trained when required
• Must be able to continuously lift, push and pull items up to 50 lbs
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing processes and systems
• Strong computer skills

Role Summary
