Job summary

Buckerfield's Saanich is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operator to join our fast-paced, knowledgeable team. The starting rate is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with weekend availability required and potential for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include efficient receiving, unloading, warehousing and merchandise handling. Maintain a valid Forklift Operator Certificate (training provided) and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Able to perform manual labour tasks and lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Efficient receiving, unloading, warehousing, and handling of merchandise.
• Maintain a valid Forklift Operator Certificate which may be obtained with on-the-job training.
• Other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
