Job summary

Medline Canada in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is hiring a Warehouse Operator for a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for receiving, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory while ensuring a safe working environment. The role requires standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Shift is Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. Pay rate is $19.50 per hour with a 12-month contract, reporting to the Sr. Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent distribution or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using RF scanners or manual picking is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when required.
• Unpack, inspect, and store stock in proper locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organize stock for easy access.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Report any unsafe conditions and participate in routine housekeeping.
