Job summary

PolR Insulations in Mississauga is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage receiving, storing and shipping of merchandise. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, load and unload delivery trucks, and place goods in assigned locations while maintaining safety standards.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will prepare orders, verify receipts against slips, and assist with deliveries to customers and construction sites. A high school diploma and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma.
• Experience in material handling is an asset.
• Spoken and written English: intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders.
• Place and verify goods received in accordance with receiving slips.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Take care of the rolling stock (pallet truck, forklift) made available to him in the performance of his duties.
• Receive and place merchandise in assigned positions.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Make deliveries to customers and construction sites.
• All other related tasks.
