The position will be responsible for filling customer orders and for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. This hands-on role will report to the Plant Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Moving and sorting goods and materials for driver loading.
2. Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment.
3. Picking, inspecting, and verifying pick orders.
4. Labeling and boxing products prior to shipping.
5. Continuously stocking/unstocking materials in racking or to the floor.
6. Assist in loading drivers with stock for their routes.
7. Unloading drivers as they arrive to the plant with waste and storing in proper areas.
8. Good working knowledge of Excel & general computer skills.
9. Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
10. Experience in order picking and packing of shipments.
11. Comfortable lifting to 20 - 45 lbs repetitively.
12. Great attitude and reliability are very important - Has great attention to detail.
13. Keep appropriate records and reports.
14. Review driver paperwork.
15. Rebooking customers and creating SalesForce cases.
16. Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (subject to change based on truck schedules).
17. Forklift license would be an asset.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Focus on safety and inspections.
• Experience with RF scanning and future Trace Admin systems.
• Ability to load, unload, pack, and unpack materials.
• Assist walk-in customers as needed.
• Perform manual duties when required.
• Inventory tracking.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• DZ license would be a significant asset.

$25 - $27 an hour
