The warehouse worker serves customers by maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our warehouse. These vital team members process incoming and outgoing orders while also loading/moving boxed items and wheeled bins. They handle destructions, internal moves, permanent withdrawals and special projects.

Job Duties:

1. Process incoming orders; scan carton barcodes and locations on Safekeeper system.
2. Investigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders; manifest all orders, bundle and prepare for shipment.
3. Accurately prepare all necessary paperwork.
4. Communicate any difficult order issues to manager.
5. Inspect and maintain all equipment, including Telxon scanner, wedge, Safekeeper terminal and ladders.
6. Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least one to two years’ experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere and/or service industry and/or team-focused environment.
3. Ability to pass Government of Canada clearance.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:

1. Work on your feet all day.
2. Lift, load and move boxes (average weight: 40 pounds).
3. Climb stairs, lift up to 70 pounds and be able to use tools to maneuver materials.
4. Basic computer skills required.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Commitment to adhere to and enforce all security procedures.
7. Work well in a team environment.
