Job summary

Blue-Chip International Logistics Company in Kent is hiring Operations Processors to join a busy warehouse in Aylesford. This temporary role involves scanning, sorting and processing parcels to ensure safe, accurate and timely shipments.

You will work a split shift and use scanning equipment and computer systems while maintaining high safety standards and supporting a collaborative team to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Scan and process incoming and outgoing parcels.
• Sort and distribute shipments around the warehouse.
• Prepare and load shipments onto vehicles.
• Ensure parcels are handled safely and correctly.
• Use computer systems and scanning equipment.
• Meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
• Follow health and safety, security and environmental procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Report damaged shipments, safety concerns or security issues.

Working Hours: Split Shift – 07:30–09:30 and 16:30–20:00

About the Role

Are you reliable, hardworking and looking for an opportunity to work with a well-established, blue-chip company within the international logistics industry?

We are currently recruiting Operations Processors to join a busy warehouse operation based in Aylesford.

This is a hands-on role involving the scanning, sorting, processing and handling of incoming and outgoing parcels. You will play an important part in ensuring shipments are processed accurately, safely and efficiently, helping the operation meet daily targets and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have good attention to detail and be comfortable carrying out physical warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Scanning and processing incoming and outgoing parcels.
• Sorting and distributing shipments throughout the warehouse.
