A fast-moving start-up in Alberta is seeking a dedicated warehouse operations professional. Responsibilities include order picking and processing, inventory management, and ensuring warehouse productivity. Job description

Responsibilities
  • Perform order picking using RF devices.
  • Pack and process picked orders.
  • Conduct quality checks on orders through the system.
  • Check inbound stocks based on SKU, quantity, batch number, expiry date, etc.
  • Plan and store stocks at designated locations (Bin/Pallet).
  • Ensure warehouse productivity and meet key performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Scan outbound parcels for dispatch to 3PL.
  • Manage inventory and stocks prudently and promptly.
  • Control packaging materials and perform weekly counts.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Work overtime during peak seasons and campaigns as needed.
  • Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Diploma, certifications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ground operations.
  • Experience with warehouse systems (ERP/WMS) and RF scanners.
  • Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required.
