Job summary

ABC Supply Co. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Victoria. You will receive materials, pull orders, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and verify all paperwork for accuracy.

The ideal candidate can lift 80 lbs, has forklift experience, and is comfortable with computer systems. Roofing/siding background is a plus; steel-toed boots are mandatory, and forklift training is available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Roofing/Siding background is an asset.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify paperwork.
• Pull orders for walk-in customers and prepare deliveries.
• Operate forklift for loading/unloading and staging.
• Maintain organized warehouse/yard for easy picking.
• Ensure accuracy of outgoing/incoming documentation.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and training as needed.

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler to join our team.The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for receiving materials, pulling orders for walk-in customers, operating forklifts, and loading products onto delivery trucksResponsibilities and Duties:SDCB forklift operation.Delivery preparation and staging.Organize and maintain the warehouse/yard for ease of picking orders.Warehouse and yard cleanliness.Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring associated paperwork is correct.Verifying and signing off on all outgoing and incoming documentation.Ensures all materials are stored neatly and put away in their proper locations.Assists in materials ordering and inventory accuracy.Participate in all training required by the company.Able to lift 80lbs throughout the day and be able to work in various weather conditions when unloading/loadingNecessary training is providedMonday – Friday shifts, 7:00AM – 4:00PMAbility to perform other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate:Can do heavy liftingComfortable using a computerRoofing/Siding background is an assetMUST have steel-toed work shoes or bootsA forklift license is preferred (willing to train)Willingness to learn and help out in all areas (cross train)Benefits may include:Employees enjoy a comprehensive compensation package.RRSP with generous company match - eligible on first day of hireDental, vision, medical care (Employer Paid - After 3 months)Extended health care availablePaid sick daysOvertime HoursWork-Life BalancePay Rate Information$24-26 per hour.
