About The Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing inventory, supporting installations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll handle everything from receiving and organizing stock to coordinating shipments, assisting clients, and keeping our warehouse neat, safe, and efficient. You’ll also work closely with our sales, installation, and office teams to keep projects on track, resolve challenges, and make sure our customers have what they need, when they need it.

The What

Striker Bowling Solutions is a leading partner and supplier to the Canadian bowling industry and the exclusive Capital Agent for Brunswick Bowling in Canada. We’ve been involved in over 400 projects, from simple equipment replacements, to the construction of the newest bowling entertainment facilities in the country. Our affiliation with Brunswick, the largest bowling manufacturer in the world, allows us to provide unmatched insight into the changes that are ever-present in today’s bowling industry.

Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role…
  • Receive inventory and stock shelves.
  • Pick, pack, & ship orders.
  • Tend to walk-in Striker Bowling Solutions clients as required.
  • Provide accounting department with all pertinent paperwork for shipped orders and orders that have been picked up.
  • Maintain shelf/warehouse location database for all stored materials & inventory.
  • Keep warehouse neat, tidy, and organized.
  • Help admin/office keep inventory of office supplies to min levels. i.e., waste bags, bathroom tissue, coffee, toner, copy paper, etc.
  • Follow up with customer on pre-installation completion components.
  • Advise customers of backorders and follow up with Brunswick on delivery date.
  • Provide training materials and checklists for customers.
  • Submit warranty claims to Brunswick on behalf of customers if required.
  • Take calls from prospective clients and move them along the Sales path.
  • Coordinate freight shipping for Striker Installations.
  • Stay active in Zoho, Striker CRM software with updates to customers information
  • Communicate incentives to increase sales (eblasts specials/sale)
  • Help coordinate on-site surveys with foreman
  • Ensure installation foreman finalizes completion components and tool lists
  • Be a Brunswick advocate through knowledge of capital equipment and aftermarket products.
  • Help on all OCN/Labour Changes/Contract Disputes during peak season with Customers and Brunswick
  • Follow all safety and operational policies and procedures and report any issues
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving
  • Previous experience with Zoho is an asset
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to perform physical activities that require use of entire body, such as lifting, climbing, walking, reaching, crouching, standing, pushing, pulling
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
