Base pay range

CA$45,000.00/yr - CA$60,000.00/yr

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team full-time as a Warehouse Manager. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments, organizing products in the warehouse, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare orders for delivery and ensure that they are properly packed and secured for transportation.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to deliver products to designated locations.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in receiving incoming shipments, checking for damages, and verifying product quantity and quality.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times to promote a safe working environment.
  • Help with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as packaging, labeling, and restocking shelves.
  • Handyman job including cutting metal and using power tools. All safety gears are provided at the site.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and driving, preferably in a similar role for at least 1 year.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehouse operations and driving.
