About the Role:

Warehouse Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the daily warehousing, logistics, and facilities activities to meet the diverse needs of our customers. You’ll be a key member of our cross-functional operations team, coaching and mentoring a high-performing warehouse team while ensuring that inbound shipments, returns, and all operational processes are executed in line with our standard operating procedures and quarantine practices.

The successful applicant will:

  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure SOPs and quarantine practices are followed.
  • Ensure shipments meet product, GMP, and timeline requirements.
  • Resolve discrepancies between bills of landing and actual material received.
  • Support the development of related policies, inventory adjustments, transfers, landed cost activities, and customs clearance processes.
  • Guide and manage warehouse personnel in storage, handling, and shipping operations.
  • Set operating objectives and adjust warehouse priorities when issues arise (e.g., equipment failure, inventory discrepancies).
  • Ensure company buildings and warehouses are maintained, secure, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Participate in internal and external training sessions and stay current on new products and promotions.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • Secondary School diploma required.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration is preferred.
  • 5–10 years of supervisory experience within warehouse or logistics roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience using ERP systems and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Proven experience in warehousing and logistics with a strong track record of leadership.
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to convey complex or technical information clearly and concisely.
  • A creative problem-solver focused on team development and improving operational efficiency
