Warehouse Manager

A 3PL company specializing in logistics is looking for a Warehouse Manager. This world-renowned company is setting up in Ontario in the Ajax area and is looking to build the best team. The Warehouse Director is responsible for guaranteeing the overall performance of the site, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the well-being and safety of the teams. The site manager leads the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and uphold high service standards. Additionally, they play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication, and meeting their needs while consistently striving for operational excellence.

Experience: 3PL fast-paced and high-volume environment experience is mandatory.

Schedule: Day shift (possibility of overtime)

Compensation: Competitive wages + bonus (20%) and benefits.
