Here's how a Warehouse Logistics Coordinatorfor our Resourcesoffice contributes to our team :

Responsibilities

  • District Inventory – Off rent assets, district to district equipment / stock moves, E1 transfers, etc.
  • Person primarily responsible for the Tech Asset Return (RMA requests) email folder which may include equipment disposals (AFD) and customs documentation.
  • Drone and camera fleet management – Working to ensure devices are properly insured, registered, utilized, deployed. Keeps up to date on emerging technologies and ways for PCL to optimize the use and maintenance of these devices.Updates E1 records as required.
  • Maintain and archives customs forms from the FCC / FDA.
  • Coordinates local and cross-border (Canada / US) equipment logistics.
  • Cross train with the Tech Asset Lead as required.
  • Assists in develops tools necessary to provide overall, district and warehouse utilization metrics.
  • Backfill and general assistance for Shipper / Receiver and with Technical configuration repair and setup
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in logistics related discipline preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2 years of warehouse-related experience.
  • Ability to think logically and analytically, and to constructively express ideas and concepts.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and analysis of day-to-day tasks.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service and the ability to develops and maintains customer-focused relationships
  • Understanding of different technology lifecycles.
  • General understanding and application of applicable laws and government regulations as they apply to equipment supply and management.
