Job summary

Peterbilt Pacific Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure a smooth flow of materials, products, and information across the warehouse.

The role supports shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, purchasing coordination, and core returns processing while upholding safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will handle cycle counts, supplier coordination, and warehouse improvements in a fast-paced environment at our Langley, BC location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field asset.
• 2–5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or distribution experience.
• Forklift certification asset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Process incoming goods and ensure accurate system transactions.
• Prepare, package, and ship customer and supplier orders.
• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Investigate discrepancies, damages, and shortages; resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS; perform cycle counts.
• Assist with annual inventory counts and variances.
