Overall Requirements :

Our Operations Department is looking for a Warehouse Level I to work with our Warehouse team on a fixed-term contract.This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general warehouse duties in a timely manner with direction from supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Safely assist in the loading and unloading of transport vehicles
• Properly pick and pack items according to company standards
• Prepare outbound shipments according to QA standards
• Transact and process material in the Warehouse system
• Physically receive and document inbound shipments using BOLs, in accordance with established process and procedures
• Inspect and report non-conformances on inbound shipments (physical damage, missing parts, part / serial number mismatches)
• Utilize courier / freight forwarder software (i.e. FedEx Ship Manager)
• Prepare and organize orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Maintain strict adherence to company personal conduct policies
• Perform other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience :

• High School or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Additional Qualifications :

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Read, understand, and carry out written instructions
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the defined SOP
• Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT
• Able to regularly lift and / or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices
• Basic Advance Pro (AP) knowledge considered an asset
• Forklift experience considered an asset
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment considered an asset
