Position Summary

Reporting to the ADC Supervisor, the Lead Hand assists in daily operations, spends about 70% of time on Material Handler duties, and 30% supporting the supervisory team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in leading ADC operations.
2. Train, coach, develop, and mentor staff.
3. Plan and schedule staff daily.
4. Monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
5. Coordinate activities with other departments.
6. Maintain equipment (certification required).
7. Identify inventory variances.
8. Complete all inbound/outbound operations timely.
9. Operate material handling equipment (certification required).
10. Process dealer parts returns.
11. Maintain cleanliness in the ADC.
12. Follow health & safety policies.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
