Job summary

Dot Foods, Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure accurate use of warehouse management systems.

You will train personnel in safe equipment operation, communicate performance expectations, and drive lean initiatives to reduce waste while maintaining a high standard of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include standing/walking, lifting up to 60 lbs, and adapting to temperature extremes in a fast-paced indoor setting.

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Prior experience in an environment that promotes safety
• Leadership experience
• Completed or in the process of completing the Achieve program

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday 6am to 4:30pm.
• Indoor work with hot and humid or cold temperature extremes
• Possible need to arrive before and/or stay after shift to fulfill responsibilities
• Extensive standing/walking while operating warehouse equipment
• Regular physical activity, including lifting up to 60lbs on a regular basis
