Job summary

Accuenergy Canada Inc, a Toronto-based leader in multifunction power meters and related instrumentation, is seeking a warehouse associate. You will receive and inspect shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and prepare orders for shipment while entering data into the WMS.

The role emphasizes safety and compliance within a dynamic team environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift heavy objects, and possess strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS.
  • Able to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with good communication.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment.
  • Input data into the warehouse management system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of items received against shipping documents.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
