Job description

As an Inventory and Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a dual role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely, safe handling of materials throughout our facility. You’ll partner with Quality, Production and Shipping teams to receive, stage, track and ship components and finished goods, supporting uninterrupted operations and on-time deliveries.

Impact Through Innovation

  • Material Receipt & Inspection:
  • Receive incoming raw materials, components and packaging, verify counts and inspect for damage.
  • Accurately record receipts and storage locations in the ERP system.
  • Material Storage & Staging:
  • Organize, label and store inventory in designated bins or racking.
  • Stage floorstock and job kits per production pick lists; update ERP to reflect movements.
  • Cycle Counts & Inventory Control:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts; investigate and reconcile variances.
  • Create eNCRs for non-conforming parts and manage quarantined inventory.
  • Build, strap and wrap skids for outbound shipments; coordinate with shipping carriers.
  • Prepare and issue materials to subcontractors or inter-departmental requests.
  • Warehouse Operations & Equipment:
  • Operate pump carts, hand trucks and, if certified, forklift or reach truck to move materials safely.
  • Maintain clean, orderly and compliant warehouse and staging areas per Health & Safety standards.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline material-handling processes and reduce waste.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, quality procedures and all Health & Safety guidelines.
Required Skills:
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in inventory or warehouse operations,
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, SAP) and basic MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform moderate physical activity throughout the shift
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in a regulated environment
  • Forklift and reach-truck certification
