Overview

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Worker ensures smooth warehouse operations by transporting furniture, appliances, electronics, and other items safely and efficiently. Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts is a key part of the role. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, verifying inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Strong organization, attention to safety, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing products
• Picking and staging products for outbound shipments
• Proper handling of all products
• Working independently
• Providing professional customer carry-out service
• Assembling furniture products
• Operating lift trucks/order pickers after training
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Good attendance, reliability, and maturity
• Ability to lift 120 lbs repeatedly and work at heights
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid G license with a clean driver’s abstract
