We are a growing organization currently seeking a passionate and motivated Warehouse Generalist to join our team.

Employment Details

• Type: Full Time
• Shift: Morning - 7:30am-4:30pm
• Reports To: Supervisor, Warehousing Solutions
• Location: Pettipas Dr., Dartmouth

Position Summary

The Warehouse Generalist is responsible for the receipt, unloading, storing, order picking, loading, and shipment of products within the warehouse, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a culture prioritizing Health & Safety, complying with all safety regulations.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming products.
• Locate, pick, load, and ship outgoing products.
• Operate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines) safely and efficiently.
• Report equipment maintenance needs and building failures.
• Maintain product integrity by monitoring storage conditions and reporting variances.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse environment according to HACCP standards.
• Maintain clear aisles and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.
• Ability to work in temperatures of -25°C.
• Ability to read, count, do simple math, and write legibly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
