Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Skilled Labor and Construction Professionals to ensure excellent craftsmanship at our manufacturing facility in Ontario, CA.

Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Construction positions pay weekly.

• Hourly Pay $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 an hour. Employees may also be eligible for Shift Premium.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 to 2 years or more in a fast-paced environment preferred
• 0 to 1 year in Carpentry, Manufacturing Environment preferred
• Ability to comprehend basic math
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Ability to operate power tools safely
• Ability to follow inspection processes
• Able to work at a steady, fast pace

Responsibilities

• Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands
• Identify, examine, accept, reject, and dispose of material used in construction and repair of pallets
• Use basic inspection/examination procedures for materials
• Operate tools and equipment for work assignments
• Prepare labels as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
