Job summary

Paradigm Today, And Tomorrow in Mississauga is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. You will perform order processing, RF-based transactions, loading/unloading, and maintain inventory integrity with the internal system.

The role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced electronics distribution environment. Applicants should be able to lift up to 60 lbs, have forklift experience, and be comfortable working with RF guns and warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 Education, or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Minimum 1 year Stand-Up & Counter Balance Forklift experience.
• Familiar with work-related equipment and computer systems.
• Demonstrated Health & Safety standards experience.
• Good verbal and written communication in a strong team environment.
• Knowledge of RF Guns or related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, prioritized and staged with accuracy.
• Process orders through a computerized inventory system.
• Perform RF-based transactions; pick, ship and inventory.
• Carry out picking/packing functions.
• Load and unload trucks/containers.
• Complete daily shipping confirmations.
• Receive product through the internal system with accuracy.
• Put away, replenish and manage inventory.
• Apply labels, sort pallets, wrap and load.
• Ensure product identity is maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with Assembly to meet packaging and shipping deadlines.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
