Job summary

TFI is hiring a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Bolton, Ontario, for an in-person role. The position involves picking, packing, and shipping parts, using computer systems to manage orders and generate shipping labels.

You will support technicians and customers with accurate order processing and inventory control. This fast-paced warehouse role requires standing most of the day, physical lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Reliable transportation and punctual arrival.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship outbound parts orders with accuracy.
• Generate shipping labels and record tracking numbers.
• Assist walk-in customers at the Pick-Up counter and process payments as needed.
• Investigate inventory variances and participate in cycle counts.
• Support Inventory Control and Category Manager to adjust stock levels.
• Back up Shipping and Receiving Coordinators as required.
• Participate in annual inventory counts.
