Job summary

Rush Truck Centres of Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, pick, pack and store parts inventory across a multi-site operation in Ontario. You will operate forklifts, verify paperwork, and post receipts into CDK while maintaining accurate bin locations and accuracy in counts.

Specific duties include packing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, and assisting with other shipping-receiving tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Valid G Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Tow motor and forklift certificate.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Solid customer service and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Completion of secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal background check.
• Drivers abstract.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, pack and put away parts inventory.
• Operate forklift to move shipments between areas.
• Package and skid shipments for carrier pickup.
• Ensure paperwork and bills of lading are accurate.
• Post received items into CDK inventory and generate receiving reports.
• Maintain proper bin locations and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
